SALES & MARKETING ROTATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM TRAINEE

This is a 2-year rotational development program, in which you will rotate through eight different departments within CNH Industrial as well as take part in a leadership program. The program is aimed at providing the proper foundation for the fundamentals within Case IH. Trainees will leave this program with a solid understanding of Commercial Training, Sales Operations, Dealer Development, Service, Parts, Financial Services, Marketing and Sales. Your ultimate destination role is based on your continued performance through the program as well as your defined interest within the Case IH sales organization.

  

Case IH is looking for intelligent, highly motivated individuals to develop quickly into our future leaders. In order to provide the skills needed, we have developed a 2 year rotational program, in which you will rotate through 8 different departments within CNH as well as take part in a leadership program.

 

We will provide the success individuals with the proper foundation of the fundamental business within Case IH. You will leave this program with a solid understanding of Commercial Training, Sales Operations, Dealer Development, Service, Parts, CNH Capital, Marketing and Sales. To ensure that you are set up for success, we will provide a mentor that will help guide your direction as well as a rotational Manager in each department to work with you on day to day activities. Each department will have a clear set of objectives and training that needs to be accomplished. Your progress will be tracked and mentored to ensure success.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Experience in agriculture is desirable, but not required. Willingness to travel and/or relocate.

FINANCIAL SERVICES ROTATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM TRAINEE

The Financial Services Rotational Development Program prepares trainees with the skills and knowledge you need to grow into a leadership position within the financial services division of CNH Industrial. Through a steady progression of steps, over a 2½-3-year period, trainees will become proficient in leadership, negotiation, financial products and services, deal closing, relationship building and financial analysis.

 

The Financial Services Operations Track is your direct route to Underwriter (Retail/Wholesale), Audit Manager, Credit Manager (Retail/Wholesale) or Operations Manager jobs. It begins with Field/Financial Auditing and moves into Wholesale Support Analysis, Credit Underwriting and Operations (Retail or Wholesale).

 

The Financial Services Operations Track includes:

  • 9-12 months hands-on training as a Field/Financial Auditor;
  • 18 months training in Wholesale Support Analysis, Credit Underwriting and Operations (Retail or Wholesale);
  • 6 months of Quality & Strategy training, including Six Sigma Greenbelt/LEAN Tools and Methodology; Project Management and a global project

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor’s degree (Finance/Accounting or Business degree preferred
  • A strong GPA (Typically 3.5 or better in your major, with 3.2-3.5 overall)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-confidence with effective leadership skills
  • Solid PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite (experience with data warehouse systems a plus)
  • High energy, enthusiasm and initiative
  • The ability to think analytically
  • Experience (financial industry knowledge is valuable)
  • Willingness to travel or relocate; and
  • A powerful desire to learn the financial services industry

MANAGER OF FIELD SERVICE OPERATIONS ROTATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM TRAINEE

Case IH Managers of Field Service Operations (MFSO) use innovative and customer-oriented service approaches to grow dealer service capability in order to protect and grow market share. The MFSO Rotational Development Program is a 12-month scheduled plan to provide trainees with the proper technical knowledge and proficiencies to ensure best-in-class service, product uptime, and customer satisfaction.

 

Case IH Managers of Field Service Operations (MFSO) use innovative and customer-oriented service approaches to grow dealer service capability by ensuring best in class service, product uptime and customer satisfaction and to protect and grow market share. If you are interested in a rewarding future in ag equipment service and want to expand your technical capabilities and advance your career, Case IH is the place for you! A desire to add value to customers is an absolute necessity!

 

In order to provide the skills needed in this role, we have developed a 12-month rotational development program (RDP). The MFSO Trainee RDP will rotate you through multiple functional areas to provide you with the proper technical know-how and knowledge you will need to be a success. Each rotation will have a clear set of objectives and training that needs to be accomplished. Your progress will be tracked and mentored to ensure success.

 

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Evaluation of dealer capability & development of service action plans.
  • Evaluation of dealer service personnel & training needs. Initiate action plans based on results.
  • Evaluate warranty impact on dealer performance and customer satisfaction within the territory.
  • Provide dealers and customers with service, product and warranty training.
  • Resolve product quality and performance issues for customers and dealers.
  • Train dealer service personnel on Case IH product service diagnostics, repair procedures and company processes including: 
    • Ensuring completion of factory issued campaigns (product recalls).
    • Providing timely feedback to manufacturing, marketing and engineering on dealer/customer issues experienced with Case IH products.
    • Monitoring dealer compliance with company warranty policy.
    • Making all policy adjustment decisions within the territory.

Requirements:

Qualified candidates will be currently enrolled at an accredited university or college with Senior-level standing pursuing a BS Degree in Agricultural Systems Technology, Industrial Technology, Agricultural Mechanization, Ag Engineering or relevant ag-related degree. Associate or technical degrees will be considered, BS preferred.

 

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and problem solving skills.
  • Equipment application experience, technical product knowledge, and a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Willingness to relocate and to travel 50-75% of the time to visit dealers and customers.
  • Dealership, farm, or construction experience is a plus

Relocation:

This position is initially located in Racine, WI and requires relocation to this area for the 12-month training program. At the conclusion of the training program, relocation to a field service territory within the continental US will be required. Territory placement will not be decided until the conclusion of training.
