1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the Case IH Farming Simulator 25 Game of Skill Competition. By entering the Competition, you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ENTER THE COMPETITION.
1.2 The Competition will be conducted by CNH Industrial Australia Pty Limited (ACN 000 031 130) of 31-53 Kurrajong Road, St Marys NSW 2760 (the Promoter).
1.3 Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms (as amended from time to time).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees of CNH Industrial and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit their contact details and complete the entry form by answering in 25 words or less, "What excites you most about the release of Farming Simulator 25?"
Each entry must be original and the sole work of the participant.
4. Competition Period
The competition opens on 15/11/2024 and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on 22/11/2024. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
5. Prizes
Grand Prize: 1 x PS5 Slim and 1 x copy of Farming Simulator 25 for PS5.
Runner-Up Prize: 1 x copy of Farming Simulator 25 for PS5.
Total prize value is approximately $900.00 AUD.
6. Judging Criteria
This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the question.
Judging will take place within 5 business days of the competition close date at CNH Industrial, 31-53 Kurrajong Rd, St Marys NSW 2760.
The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 3 business days of the judging date.
Winners must claim their prize within 21 days of notification. If a prize is unclaimed, CNH Industrial reserves the right to award the prize to the next best entry.
8. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be sent to the winners at no additional cost within Australia. Delivery may take up to 28 days from the date of claim.
9. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Entries may be used in promotional materials by CNH Industrial without further consent or compensation.
CNH Industrial reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control affect the competition's fairness or integrity.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used in accordance with CNH Industrial 's Privacy Policy and solely for the purpose of administering this competition.
