Prize: 1 major prize, a Diamond Black MY25 RAM 1500 Laramie Sport with 12 months registration in Australia. Total prize value up to AUD$153,355 (inc GST), indicative only. On-road costs (registration, CTP, stamp duty) vary by State within Australia, as well as by registration type (private/business), stamp duty, and other factors, including but not limited to, driving record, owner’s age, and residential postcode. The prize vehicle excludes comprehensive insurance and any additional accessories such as a tow ball mount kit. Prize vehicle shown in marketing material is an example only and may not be an exact representation of the prize. Once delivered the Promoter, its subsidiaries or affiliates, accepts no responsibility for insurance, maintenance or damage. 

Eligibility: Open to AUST residents 18+ who fulfil the entry/eligibility requirements. Order & have delivered a participating Case IH tractor unit (retain proof of purchase) within the promotional period and enter online within the promotional period. One entry per serial/vin number. By participating in the Promotion, entrants represent that they have reviewed, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Official Rules, and accept the decisions of the Promoter as final and binding in all respects. Promoter’s families, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, as well as the household members (whether or not related) and immediate family members (parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, or spouses) of each are ineligible to enter the Promotion or win a prize. Submissions must be in English. 

Prize Draw and Winner Assignment: A random prize draw, in the presence of an independent scrutineer, will occur 3:00 PM AEST on 15 Aug 2025 Location of draw: Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd, Level 2 11 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000 Australia. Winner notified via phone and email no later than 18 August 25. The decision is final. 

If the prize winner cannot be contacted within four weeks from the prize draw date, or the prize is deemed undeliverable, or unclaimed, the prize may be forfeited and may be awarded to another entrant. 

If the winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, is unable to register the car in their own name, then the winner may assign the car to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the winner and the assignee. The winner must provide the Promoter with certified copies of all required documentation as required by the Promoter before the car is awarded. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release to be determined by the Promoter in its discretion. 

The name of the prize winner, which will be available after winner confirmation is complete, will be published on CaseIH.com.au (and other channels) on or before 22 August 2025. 

Unclaimed Prize Draw: In the event the prize is unclaimed a random prize draw will take place, in the presence of an independent scrutineer, this will occur 3:00 PM AEST on 15 October 2025. Location of draw: Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd, Level 2 11 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000 Australia. Winner notified via phone and email no later than 16 October 2025. The decision is final. 

Redemption of prize. Vehicle delivery location within Australia only, will take place at an authorised RAM Truck dealership which will be determined by RAM Trucks Australia, typically based on the closest dealership to the prize winner’s residential address for vehicle registration purposes. The prize vehicle is not transferrable or redeemable for cash. Vehicle delivery timing to be determined by RAM Trucks Australia and will occur as soon as logistically possible but at least within 12 months of receiving the vehicle authorisation release from Case IH. All costs associated with redeeming the major Prize, if any, are not included. 

Release: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes the winner’s consent to the Promoter’s use of the winner’s name, image, likeness, photograph, voice, and city and state of residence both for the purpose of announcing the winner on all/any channels and for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, irrevocably and in perpetuity without further notice, payment, or consideration to the winner.
