Terms and Conditions for the Case IH Instagram Giveaway
1. Promoter
This competition is conducted by Case IH ("the Promoter"). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
The competition opens on 16th December and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 31st January ("Competition Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Like the giveaway post on Instagram;
- Follow both @CaseIHAus and @RMWilliamsOutbackMagazine on Instagram;
- Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post. Each tag counts as a separate entry.
- For a bonus entry, share the giveaway post to their Instagram Stories (profile must be public for the entry to be valid).
5. Prize*
There are three (3) prizes available, each consisting of a 12-month subscription to R.M. Williams Outback Magazine, valued at $79 each. Total prize pool value is $237.
6. Winner Selection
This competition is a game of chance. Winners will be chosen at random using a random number generator. The draw will take place on 5th February.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within five (5) business days of the draw. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
8. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be delivered to the winners via mail. Winners must provide a valid Australian address for delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit.
9. General Conditions
- Entries must be submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.
- Incomplete, automated, or bulk entries will be disqualified.
- Participants must ensure their Instagram account is set to public for the duration of the Competition Period and prize notification period.
10. Privacy
The Promoter will collect and use participants’ personal information solely for the purposes of conducting this promotion and delivering prizes. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.
11. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant or winner in connection with this promotion or the use of a prize.
13. Modification and Cancellation
The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.
