Axial-Flow AF Series

Case IH has purposefully redesigned the legendary Axial-Flow combines from the ground up with the new AF series, including the new single rotor AF9 and AF10 models.

This series provides operations maximum crop flow through matched capacity, improved speed through increased horsepower and higher unload rates, and next-level connectivity with technology built at base, helping operations get more done with every engine hour.

A revolutionary combine series

A revolutionary combine series designed to maximize productivity through matched capacity and built-in technology.

  • More capacity: with a powerful engine with up to 775 hp and with the world's largest single rotor and massive grain tank to cover more acres in less time with maximized power efficiency.
  • Greater connectivity with subscription-free tech at base: the Dual Pro1200 displays provide real-time, customizable visibility. Industry-leading Harvest Command combine simplifies operation and FieldOps remote display minimizes downtime.
  • More efficiency: fuel and horsepower efficiency allows you to reduce your total cost of harvesting, preserve resale value through, enjoy more efficient and less frequent maintenance tasks and tech enabled, streamlined operations.

Explore the series

  • With up to 635 hp and 775 hp, AF series combines provide the power to maximise crop flow while increasing speeds and reducing fuel consumption.

The two models offer the following specifications:

    • AF9: Cursor 13 for 570 hp with a max output of 635 hp
    • AF10: Cursor 16 for 700 hp with a max output of 775 hp

Additionally, for maximum power efficiency, the engine has a unique position: longitudinally mounted in the same direction and in line with the rotor.

  • The new AF Series features the largest rotor in the combine industry. With up to 5,1 m² threshing & separation area, it sets the standard for fast, efficient harvesting with unparalleled grain quality, reduced potential losses and lowest grain crackage on the market.

    Highlighted features include:

    • Adjustable rotor cage vanes in threshing and seperation area for increased daily performance and revenue
    • HX Raspbars with an increased side wall angle to accelerate crop flow in the transition zone, maintaining consistent crop flow at higher capacities;
    • Stepped rotor cage for maximum threshing capacity in the threshing area and improved seperation efficiency
    • The Synchronized Feed System (SFS), driven by the rotor and reversible like the rotor, ensures synchronised speed with the rotor, enhancing feeding and reducing grain damage. Furthermore, the feeding capabilities are exceptional thanks to the high-capacity HD feeder, which ensures a quicker harvest completion.
    • Scalloped beater plate provides additional seperation area and facilitates the crop to exit the rotor more easily
  • The AF series combines offer unparalleled grain tank capacity and unloading performance, enabling longer and more extensive harvesting. This is attributed to its fundamental technical features:

    • 16,000 litres on the AF9 with an unloading rate of 160L/sec
    • 20,000 litres on the AF10 with an unloading rate of 210L/sec
    • Standard cross auger shut-off
    • Optional: unload speed can be reduced by 50% in combination with 210L/sec
    • Precise unloading even when grain carts are nearly full
  • The redesigned Cross Flow Plus cleaning system with 8.76m² accommodate higher crop throughput.

Most importantly, its industry-leading cleaning capacity starts with an active and dynamic system that utilises 100% of the cleaning system 100% of the time, whether on level ground or slopes up to 28%.

    Key features include:

    • A four-sieve cleaning system to ensure unparalleled cleaning efficiency with high output and negligible grain loss
    • Two clean-grain cross augers strategically located within the cleaning system to convey high volumes of clean grain to the clean grain elevator
    • A 13% larger, hydraulically driven Cross Flow cleaning fan that provides high, uniform airflows at lower overall fan speeds
    • Single point yield calibration for increased accuracy
    • Grain quality imaging available on the Pro 1200 display, offering a real-time look at harvested grain, enabling the operator to fine-tune and confirm Harvest Command automation settings

Finally, since field preparation for the next crop begins at harvest, we have designed a residue management system equipped with radar spread automation, tailored to meet the needs of any producer regardless of crop type and yield.

  • Factory-fit connectivity and subscription-free technology come built-in for the lifetime of the modem hardware, with three years of guidance correction signal.

The onboard technology and connectivity package of the new AF Series includes:

    • Radar spread automation, with a choice of either integrated or hood-mounted chopper, fully remote-controlled and boasting best-in-class power efficiency
    • The Case IH Harvest Command Automation System, utilising advanced sensors strategically located throughout the combine, automatically adjusts settings to ensure an efficient harvest, positioning itself as the best and easiest system on the market
    • Case IH FieldOps remote monitoring and service, allowing you to manage your combine from anywhere and share operating data with other operators or dealers
    • PRO 1200 Dual Displays, presenting a wealth of harvest data on two high-resolution, fully customisable screens with easy-to-navigate menus and the option to use a remote display viewer
  • Welcome to the cab experience of tomorrow: an ergonomically designed command centre where everything is within reach.

    • Luxury seat with climate control and massage options to prevent fatigue
    • Dual displays strategically mounted for wider and simultaneous information survey
    • Additional USB ports, power outlets, and a mobile phone holder for increased flexibility
    • Unobstructed sight lines for high visibility
    • 360-degree LED lighting and optional 360-degree cameras to enhance visibility at all hours
  • The simpliest driveline with automatic unplugging functionality.

The simplest driveline, designed with service in mind, allows you to increase uptime with less regular maintenance and longer service intervals.

The simple design, featuring belt drives instead of chains and the unique CVT rotor drive, also ensures easier access to service points when maintenance is needed.
