Case IH’s Max Service™ can help you get back in the field faster with expedited parts and service offerings.
Available with most new equipment purchases, Max Service is a unique service aimed at keeping Case IH equipment running when uptime is critical. It allows you to work with your local Case IH Dealer to utilize the entire Case IH network of parts depots, manufacturing plants and suppliers to source the parts you need, in the shortest amount of time possible.
How It Works
When a support request is received by your local Case IH Dealer for equipment under a Max Service, the parts or service request becomes their highest priority. The experts at your local dealer leverage expedited parts, services and solutions from the entire Case IH network to create a custom logistical solution based on what your equipment needs to get back up and running. A dedicated logistics and resourcing team at Case IH is responsible for expediting and monitoring the part’s location until it is received at your local dealer to ensure it gets to you in a timely manner.
Once the part is received, you can expect enhanced support and quick service from the technicians at your local dealer to get the repair finished and your equipment back up and running again, faster than the standard part sourcing processes.
