Designed for Precise, High-Capacity Harvesting
C500 series corn heads have been updated to ensure your crop is handled quickly and efficiently. C512 and C516 corn heads feature the industry’s largest auger. At 23.6 inches, capacity is increased nearly 50% compared to previous models. The C508 and C518 models feature the highly efficient 15.75-inch auger.

C500 series corn heads are compatible with RowGuide Pro™, which combines GPS with advanced sensor technology for seamless row tracking and easier combine operation, even in the most demanding harvest conditions.
Smoother, Cleaner Picking
Case IH's proven hood and divider design ensures smoother and cleaner picking, particularly in downed corn.
The redesigned outer hoods accommodate divider augers and tall corn attachments and can be changed without modifications or the need for tools.
An optional tall corn attachment is compatible with units that have active end augers installed. Poly shields are held in place over top of the augers and are easily stored on the backsheet of the header when not in use.
Lighter yet Rugged
Engineered for today’s combines, C500 series row units are notably lighter. A non-chopping C500 series row unit is approximately 100 pounds lighter, while a C500 series chopping row unit assembly is approximately 88 pounds lighter, when compared to previous models.

An integrated toolbar allows for direct installation of optional stalk stomper assemblies. Two stalk stomper selections are available.

C508

Agile and efficient, the C508 8-row corn head handles the toughest harvest conditions with ease. Available in 30-inch row spacings, the 16 gathering chains and 15.75-inch auger gently handle the crop. Comes in row unit or chopper drive configurations.

C512

The C512 corn head feature a massive 23.6 inch auger, the industry’s largest. This 12-row unit eases through even the most demanding harvest conditions. Available in 20-, 22 and 30-inch row configurations with 24 gathering chains. Comes in row unit or chopper drive configurations.

C516

The high capacity, 16-row C516 boasts the largest infeed auger in the industry. Engineering advancements have reduced the weight by nearly 1,000 pounds while increasing capacity over previous models.

C518

The C518 corn head are 18-row units that come in the popular 20- or 22-inch narrow-row configurations. Comes in row unit or chopper drive configurations.
