Agronomic™ Design

  • 20-inch or 22-inch shallow-concavity fluted blades with 7.5-in. spacing help cut residue at shallow gang angles, cutting and mixing residue with soil for faster breakdown.
  • Choose from either mechanical or hydraulic fore/aft leveling for a smooth and even finish. Leveling can be automatically adjusted from the cab using Soil Command tillage technology on equipped models
  • Optional Double Tiger Paw Crumbler is available on all models to optimize clod sizing and provide a smoother field finish.
  • Match your field preparation needs with 1- to 4-in. depth capabilities.
  • Standard walking tandem design on the main frame and wing frame supports a smooth ride and reduces compaction.
  • Pick the size that best fits your operation: 11’, 15’, 20’, 23’, 25’, 30’, or 34’ option.

  • 20-in. Earth Metal® VT wave blades or 22-inch Reverse Crimp Notched Blade.
  • Rugged cast-iron nodular spools and large arbor bolts provide strength, durability and weight where it’s needed.
  • Greaseless bushings in all rockshaft pivots, wing fold pivots and heavy-duty roller bearings in Crumblers help reduce maintenance.
  • Optional rear hitch for 30’ and 34’ models to pull an additional harrow for more clod sizing

Simple Adjustments

  • Gang angles are mechanically or hydraulically adjustable (hydraulic adjustment is optional on 15-ft to 23-ft models)–from 0 to 12 degrees–to match your desired field finish and deliver dual-season capabilities. With Soil Command tillage technology, these adjustments can be made on-the-go from the comfort of the cab on the 25-ft to 34-ft models.
  • Single-point hydraulic depth control offers quick and easy adjustments in a variety of fields and conditions. Soil Command tillage technology handles all these adjustments from the cab.
  • Optional in-cab hydraulic down pressure control for TigerPaw Crumbler or Double TigerPaw Crumbler.
  • Wing downforce ensures peak performance across the width of the tool through changes to pressure on the wings.
